No, you don’t have to be home during the service. We do ask that your pets be inside while we work. While we’re happy to see them, we are entering their space. We want to make sure both your pet and our technician stay safe and comfortable. We promise we’ll handle it like pros, leaving your yard as clean as a freshly panned riverbed!
Yes, you can absolutely request a specific service day. However, please keep in mind that we have designated days for certain areas to help streamline our schedule. Once we know your location and preferences, we’ll offer a few golden scooping options that work best for you.
Our hours of operation are from 9 AM to 5 PM, just like a good ol’ day of prospecting! While we can’t give you an exact arrival time, our technician will send a courtesy text when they’re about 60 minutes away— this way, you’ll have a heads-up before they arrive.
